Kafunta Safaris has been hosting the Kids in the Wild event again this year.
Many of the local kids who live near the South Luangwa National Park don’t get the opportunity to visit the park and appreciate it’s natural beauty and animals. In conjunction with Project Luangwa, Kafunta Safaris hosts a group of local kids at Kafunta River Lodge for a safari experience. The aim of the programme is to give the local children a getter understanding of conservation as well as show how visitors to the park see and experience it. Above all it is about the kids having fun.
After their safari into the park this year, the kids took time to enjoy a football game in front of the lodge after lunch.
