Another amazing stay at Three Rivers. The game viewing has been amazing with so many animals visiting the camp including a lion last night!
The hippo chorus at night will never be forgotten. TJ and the staff make you feel so welcome and are very helpful.
One of the highlights has to be the star beds all the more special to me as a wheelchair user being carried up the stairs. To lie there under the stars and listen to all the animal noises is just magical.
Food was terrific!

Great to be here again! As with previous visits, it has been an amazing time. The wildlife is spectacular, and it is great to be able to get up close on the walking safaris.
Island Bush Camp is really special as it is a different experience to other lodges – really back to nature.

I believe this is the best holiday we have ever had! Lots of animals to see and many special birds that our guides David & Paul helped us identify. The food was very tasty and beautifully presented; compliments to the Chef – Francis.
Being the only guests for several days was so special with just the sound of birds, hippos and the occasional lion.

We have just completed an amazing seven-night stay with Kafunta Safaris. This was our fifth visit to South Luangwa, and was probably the most memorable. Other lodges where we stayed were very good, but Kafunta had a perfect combination of excellent staff, superb guides, comfortable accommodation and excellent food. Plus a bonus lion kill witnessed one evening adjacent to the lodge on our return!
