Dear Kafunta Friend!
Welcome back!
Is it just me, or did November vanish as quickly as it arrived? With the season winding down at our bush camps and new adventures always around the corner, it’s been another month full of beautiful moments I’m excited to share.
As always we start the newsletter with the latest news from the Cowans! They just returned from Georgia (Eastern Europe) where they reunited with Luke to celebrate Anke’s 60th birthday!
They are now back at Kafunta getting ready for the last month of our season.
Bush Camps Wrap-Up
November rings the end of our bush camps’ season, and after saying farewell to our guests, we have now packed up both Three Rivers and Island.
Open our newsletter to read more about the camps and what our guests say.
The Unlikely Squirrel Family
Don’t miss the story of how we rescued two little baby squirrels rejected by their moms. The little guys are so cute and growing fast which means we can release them soon.
when safari meets architecture
We’re also writing about Agathe and Mathieu of Odyssées d’Architectures, who visited us as part of their cross-Africa travel to explore and document Africa’s extraordinary architecture.
And if there’s one reason to read our newsletter, it’s to see the adorable photos of Lucy’s cub taken by talented guide and photographer Cannan Makukula!
Don’t miss any of these updates, and read our full newsletter!
